If you don't know already, Gurahl are werebears, a hybrid race of man and bear. Gurahl may be born either from human or bear stock, either from Gurahl or kinfolk parentage. Our race seems incapable of producing metis children - all matings between Gurahl do not come to fruit. Some may consider this unfortunate, but it serves not only to enforce the Code of Ursa, but to ensure every Gurahl is a healthy one, capable of standing on its own. |
